2. Memberships & Payments

SHIFTED AF offers digital memberships, programs, and products.

  • All payments are non-refundable, including monthly memberships, digital downloads, courses, and content access.
  • Membership renews automatically until canceled.
  • You may cancel anytime, and cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

3. No Medical, Mental Health, or Financial Advice

SHIFTED AF provides mindset tools, emotional regulation practices, and personal development content. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Our content is for educational and informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and results.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By opting into SHIFTED AF SMS messages:

  • You consent to receive automated, recurring text messages from SHIFTED AF.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse or disrupt the platform
  • copy, resell, or share content without permission
  • use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • harass, abuse, or harm the community or team

Violation may result in removal from the platform without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, audio, graphics, scripts, videos, downloads, tools, branding, and programs — is owned by SHIFTED AF and protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SHIFTED AF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • platform interruptions
  • user decisions or outcomes

SHIFTED AF may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the new "Effective Date."
